Postage Days

Postage Days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. All orders received before 8PM the previous day will be sent on the next postage day. Any orders received after this time will be sent on the next postage day. 


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

The following are reasons that you MAY NOT return an item:

  • You do not like the fragrance.
  • The product has been used or opened.


  • We ship all orders with a service that is insured to £50 only. We do not offer extra protection.
  • In order to fulfill our obligation as a seller, we must provide electronic proof that delivery was undertaken to your address. We therefore will not ship via a standard service. This is both for your protection and ours.
  • If delivery is attempted but nobody is at your household to accept your parcel, delivery will be attempted to a neighbour and a delivery note will be left  at the delivery address.
  • If delivery is still not possible, a delivery card will be left at the address and the delivery company will hold on to your parcel.
  • If you do not collect the parcel or arrange for delivery within 21 days, the parcel will be returned to OSP. We will contact you to inform you if this is the case.
  • If you would like the products re-sent, you will be liable to pay the correct postage again, plus any charges OSP incurs as a result.
  • If you would not like to pay for the postage a second time, you will receive a refund MINUS the cost of the original postage.

Unfortunately, those in Australia, Canada and Israel can only order 2 products maximum in a single order. This is because Royal Mail does not offer an option to ship packages that weigh more.
